By accessing or using hailteamone.com, submitting a website form or otherwise using website features, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Website terms are separate from any repair authorization, work order, estimate, insurance document or other agreement you may enter into with Hail Team One. If a signed repair agreement contains terms that conflict with these general website terms regarding a specific repair, the signed agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.

02 • Website Use

Information Provided For General Purposes.

We work to keep information on this website accurate and useful, but vehicle damage, repair methods, insurance coverage and individual repair circumstances vary. Website content is general information and is not a final repair estimate, insurance coverage determination or guarantee that a particular repair method will be appropriate for your vehicle.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information or use website content in violation of applicable law.

03 • Inspections & Estimates

Every Vehicle Requires Individual Evaluation.

A free inspection, preliminary assessment, photograph review or website inquiry does not by itself authorize repairs and may not identify all damage. Hail damage can be difficult to fully evaluate until the vehicle is inspected under proper lighting and, in some cases, trim or other components are removed as part of an authorized repair process.

Initial estimates may change if additional covered or repair-related damage is discovered. When applicable, supplemental repair documentation may be prepared and submitted for review.

04 • Repair Authorization

Repairs Begin With Your Authorization.

Before repair work begins, you may be asked to approve an estimate, work order, repair authorization or related documentation. You are responsible for reviewing the documents presented to you and providing accurate ownership, vehicle, contact and insurance information.

If the repair scope changes because additional damage is identified, parts are required, an insurer revises its estimate or another material condition changes, additional authorization or documentation may be required before the additional work proceeds.

05 • Repair Methods

PDR, Body Repair & Refinishing.

Hail Team One may use paintless dent repair (PDR), conventional body repair, refinishing or a combination of methods depending on the location and severity of damage, accessibility of the panel, condition of the paint, vehicle construction and other repair considerations.

No particular repair method is guaranteed to be appropriate until the vehicle has been evaluated. Repair recommendations may change when additional damage or repair requirements are discovered.

06 • Insurance Claims

You Choose Your Repair Facility. We Help With The Process.

Hail Team One works with customers whose repairs are paid in whole or in part through automobile insurance. We may assist with repair estimates, photographs, supplements and communications relating to the repair.

Hail Team One is not your insurance company and does not determine whether a loss is covered, the amount an insurer will pay, policy limits, deductibles or claim settlement decisions. Those decisions are governed by your insurance policy and carrier.

References to insurance companies on this website do not imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation unless expressly stated.

07 • Deductible Assistance

Ask About Available Deductible Assistance.

Hail Team One may offer deductible-assistance or promotional options on qualifying repairs when permitted by applicable law and the circumstances of the repair. Availability is not guaranteed and may depend on repair scope, insurance coverage, claim terms, applicable requirements and other factors.

Any deductible-assistance arrangement must be specifically approved and documented for the individual repair. Website advertising describing "$0 out of pocket" or deductible assistance does not guarantee that every customer or repair will qualify.

08 • Payment

Customer Responsibility For Authorized Charges.

You are responsible for amounts due under your repair agreement that are not paid by an insurance carrier or another responsible party, subject to any documented discount, deductible-assistance arrangement or other written agreement applicable to your repair.

Insurance estimates and payments do not necessarily represent the final repair cost. Supplements, parts changes, additional damage or other authorized repair requirements may affect the final amount.

09 • Repair Warranty

Warranty Terms Apply To Qualifying Repairs.

When Hail Team One provides a written warranty for qualifying repair work, the specific warranty terms supplied with the repair control. Warranty coverage may be subject to exclusions, limitations and conditions stated in that warranty.

Normal wear, new damage, subsequent accidents or hail events, corrosion, pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, customer modifications and work performed by unrelated third parties may not be covered unless expressly stated in the applicable written warranty.

10 • Loaner Assistance

Transportation Options Are Subject To Availability.

Loaner vehicle or transportation assistance, when offered, is subject to eligibility, availability, scheduling, driver requirements and any separate terms presented for the vehicle or transportation service. Website references to loaner assistance do not guarantee a particular vehicle or availability for every repair.

11 • Communications

Calls, Email & Text Messages.

When you provide contact information, you authorize Hail Team One to use that information to respond to your request and communicate regarding inspections, estimates, appointments, repairs, claim-related matters and customer service.

Marketing communications, when used, may be subject to additional consent requirements and opt-out rights. You may ask us to stop promotional communications using the method provided in the message or by contacting us. Service-related communications may continue when reasonably necessary for an active request or repair.

12 • Photos & Website Content

Vehicle Images & Intellectual Property.

Logos, website design, text, graphics and other original Hail Team One website materials are owned by or licensed to Hail Team One and may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission except as allowed by law.

Vehicle photographs submitted through an estimate or inspection form may be used to evaluate damage and administer the requested service. Any separate permission for promotional use of identifiable customer or vehicle imagery will be governed by the authorization or release applicable to that use.

13 • Third-Party Services

External Websites & Service Providers.

The website may contain links or integrations involving insurance carriers, maps, social media, review platforms, analytics tools or other third parties. Hail Team One does not control third-party websites, policies, availability or content and is not responsible for their independent services.

14 • Website Limitations

Website Information Is Provided As Available.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hail Team One does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that all website information will always be error-free or current. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These website Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law is required to apply.

If any provision of these website terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
