Step 1: Initial Customer Contact
- Customer contacts Hail Team One via website, phone call, referral, or walk-in.
- Basic info is gathered: name, vehicle details, insurance provider, and extent of hail damage.
- Appointment is scheduled for inspection and estimate.
Step 2: Vehicle Inspection & Documentation
- Customer brings vehicle to Hail Team One (or we perform on-site/mobile inspection if arranged).
- Technician completes a detailed walkaround and identifies visible and hidden hail damage.
- Photos are taken and a preliminary estimate is created using industry-standard estimating tools (CCC One or similar).
Step 3: Insurance Communication
